uyafr selection October 2010 batch
« on: October 26, 2010, 09:32:31 AM »
After clearing the previous batch of shares, I have a new batch, all new selection ( actually I already mentioned these counters, but not my own topic but inside other peoples topic, so I create one here for easy reference ).. all new selection, except for MJPERAK is a left over from previous batch because too cheap. I am not selling it yet dispite it did hit 25sen not long ago.

All these counter looks dead, coma. But for me they represent great value and have very high potential for a good run for your money.

MJPERAK ( 21 sen )
SINOTOP ( 14 sen )
LCTH ( 27.5 sen )
ETITECH ( 28 sen )

----

ETITECH suddenly surge in volume, price has not gone up much. Hopefully got some positive announcement following the surge in volume.

Some said ETITECH is conman, wat is ur view.

Every single counter in KLSE is a potential conman counter. Unless fraud is exposed, it is still not a conman yet...

Just look at KUCHAI, it was coma and unwanted around 81 sen few weeks back, I was waiting for it to drop below 80sen, it just refused to drop... and finally look at it now, suddenly surged past RM1.25 and I missed the boat...

lesson from this, if you see good value.. grab it... dont wait for 0.5 sen or 1 sen difference.

KUCHAI is basically a cash play counter, it does not have any core business. It has very little debts with plenty of cash and share investment here and there. If you see how it run when finally discovered, better take a serious look at LCTH, this company has similar profile to KUCHAI, small debts.. huge amount of free cash. In fact LCTH is even better than KUCHAI in terms of value because it does have a core business to run. At 28 sen, can u imagine how far it can run once it starts going.

Sinotop 10 lot
KBunai 20 lot
MJPerak 5 lot ?????  I think most of our forumers are buying tid-bits from KLSE market.

yes, I agree... but I forgive them for that because that time they were desperate when the middle east people was dumping their shares. Now that that is done and over with, need to move on.

ETITECH is a green technology based company, they are doing alot of experiments with the Gov, just imagine if just one of their experiement bears fruit and Gov decide to go with it and announcement is made, can u imagine how it will move. Since our Gov is also very receptive of the Greeen Technologies I think big potential that their efforts might just work. At only28sen, a profitable company, although not much I think it has plenty of potential.

yep. today I am stil buying, my cost is now increased to 28sen.

after looking at performance of KUCHAI today, I am getting more excited about LCTH.

Both counter is similar in many way, cash rich and almost zero debts. Both have been in coma for a long long time. If KUCHAI can rally until LIMIT UP, I dont see why LCTH cant fly.

all we need is a catalyst... if one of those analyst write any positive article on LCTH and available to the public, I can tell u it will crash through the ceiling. Unlike many goreng counters, mostly half bankrupt... this is a solid company. When a solid company being goreng, there is no return.

Land/Plant Assets = RM102million+
Inventory = RM12 Million+

Cash in Hand = RM97,888K
Total Bank Borrowings, Short and Long term = RM996K

We have net cash after minus Bank borrowings at least RM96Million

Total Receivables = RM35Million+
Total Payables = RM20Million+

We have net receivables after minus payables at least RM15Million

What else can u ask for a 30sen counter ?

The total shares is also not too large, its only 360 million shares

Some may argue, other company also have huge NTA discount... BUT dont forget, bulk of the surplus NTA for LCTH is in CASH, not like some companoes high NTA is due to receivables and overvaluation of plants and machineries .

I think you blow the situation out of proportion. KUCHAI was a coma counter over the past few months if not years. How many of us here can patiently wait a counter for a year? Yes, it was hoovering around RM0.81 price level over the past few months but if you look at the plantation sector, in fact almost all the plantation counters moved north. No doubt it has good values over the long haul but how many of us here will be bothered by a counter that moves north once a year?  8)

I know KUCHAI very well because I have been following this counter non-stop since 2 years ago. KUCHAI does not have any direct  plantations, it is its 26% subsidiary SBAGAN that has plantation ( it has no control over SBAGAN )... even that, SBAGAN it is just a small plantation and 26% of SBAGAN wont contribute alot to KUCHAI. KUCHAI is not a true plantation player.

KUCHAI is just an investment shell company. Consist of mainly cash RM20+ million ( less than LCTH, LCTH has RM97+ million ) and its investment in SBAGAN, a few million of Great Eastern Singapore shares and some buildings for rental. If you look at KUCHAI financial results, its profits are mostly derieved from fair value adjustments. Nothing exciting about KUCHAI and yet it can still fly like what happened today.

Only thing attractive about KUCHAI is its strong cash position with zero debts, which something that LCTH has in common.

name me another company which has better fianancial situation and at what price that will have a bigger rally potential than LCTH. I search the entire KLSE, cant find anymore counters which are still cheap and good.

Here we have a solid strong company with excellent cash position, with almost zero debts at only 30sen. Very hard to find, I think this could be the last cheap solid counter left in KLSE.

yep, do u know how much is DIGI, KPJ Gentings ?  hehehe if suddenly those counter drop.. kena kaw kaw, if go up.. the most 5-10%

BUT LCTH, I dont see how it can drop much, but if go up... even if go up 100% it is still cheap and good.  So think for yourself, is it worth risking on those counter already too high up or buy a counter which is still rock bottom and rock solid.
