More good news for REITS, taxes for foreigners may be cut. This will give our once-hyped REITS a boost.

What they really need is a good boot. Malaysia's REIT laws are not as strict as those in other countries and so our investors are simply less protected.

This is definitely good.. But it's for foreign investors...
Ya.. our REITS if not mistaken has not such a high volume... Malaysia is still new compare to other countries like Japan & HK...
