Nevertheless, Priceworth Wood Products Berhad (Priceworth) is holding its EGM on Thursday 17th March to seek shareholders’ approval to implement rights issue of warrant at 5 sen.  The Japan Earthquake can provide further catalyst for the stock which has been showing some sign of recovery from steep decline earlier as the time to implement low price warrant draws closer....

the Great Earthquake in Sendai, Japan (& the subsequent Tsunami) was the huge amount of devastation to the homes of the residents as well as other properties. This damage will require enormous amount of building materials. One of the main building materials seems to be tropical hard wood.
