Saw article in The Edge, no crossing of KianJoo shares to Canone yet and this make analyst puzzle why it took so long. Is Canone got problem in raising fund to secure the shares??
More drama awaiting.

Go go KianJoo  Clap Clap

KJ corner should do whatever they can to preserve the jewel that had been passed over from their late father to them. "pride & dignity!"

As i know, bonus issue still in court case after two times appeal by canone to block it. The 3rd appeal on 15th march 2012 will be the last one. They already lost twice before in court so i think it will be the same tjis time.

For me, bonus issue will definitely ON...

once Canone acquired the 30%, bonus or no bonus make no difference, but why Canone would want to let kianjoo give the warrant and increase risk of kianjoo being take over by others?

If Canone control the Kianjoo Board, whether win or lose in court, what is the significant? kianjoo board can just call off the exercise

On 3 February 2012, KIANJOO broke from its 6-month historical high. The price of KIANJOO has increased by more than 0.5% while the trading activity is lower than the average of the past 50 days. At 2.32, the stock is trading near its 2-year historical high. It is also observed that the MacD line is above the signal line indicating some short-term price strength.

surprise results. While reduce dividend is expected because shares changed hand, result down while Canone up, seem to indicate Kianjoo something has been done. Kianjoo directors paying themselves fat bonus - performance incentives. They may have also entered into employment contracts and for Canone to terminate those contracts, may have to compensate

when this type of tussle happen, the company suffer. shareholders suffer.
