ASEAMBANKERS is maintaining its “buy” call and target price of RM4.80 on Ann Joo Resources Bhd shares, in anticipation that the steelmaker’s recent share capital expansion and fund-raising will raise its profile among investors.

Any views on this guys?

Annjoo Market price for the company : RM2 bln
Good thing is only Annjoo has good mangement ability
Will you buy a company like this for 2bln?

Totol valueble + asset : RM1.7bln
Total liabilities : RM816 mln

1.7bln is included current raw material 774mln priced at 31st Dec 2007.
I think now drop already.

I rather buy PERWAJA in this CASE.

Good luck anyway.

Talk about steel stocks nothing can beat CSCSteel in terms of earnings, strong balance sheet and dividend yield, just check it out !

Most steel stocks are cyclical and heavily geared but not CSCSteel

AmResearch Sdn Bhd is projecting Ann Joo Resources Bhd's net profit for the financial year 2011 to expand by 59 per cent year-on-year to RM244 million.

This is largely backed by maiden contributions from its new blast furnace amid an imminent steel price upcycle, it said in its research note today.

AmResearch has maintained a "buy" call on Ann Joo with a lower fair value of RM4.02 per share from RM4.20 previously.
