I understand that the machineries and assets are covered by insurance and furthermore all possible lost have been provided for in their latest financial results.

  I might be wrong... but certainly ins com always have the exclusion clause such act of god, riot, war, etc. etc. Just a precaution measures... if yr confident level is high

The machinery and losses in Libya already provided for and have no impact on the company. The company is also going big in
property development with their owned land bank and also education. THis is a stock to watch in next few months

Another 5 cts net dividend end of this month, 10 cts net dividend per year. Better
than FD 3% and EPF 6%
