My bold theory :-
US financial problems causing all the funds (hot, cold, hedge, long, short etc) "cabut" from Wall Street, so where should fund managers park their money ?
Definitely on those which DO NOT expose to US financial market.
Big banks in China, Tokyo, Korea etc are all unsecured creditors to US troubled banks.
Their stocks has been inflated strongly as well.

What shall they look for ?
Undervalue market with low PE which has been whacked down heavily throughout the year ...

Bursa(KLSE) is definitely on thier TOP LIST !!!!
Our government seems to adopt the view that ISA can no longer work and we are progressing towards democracy and transparency.
