yes, lots of good news on Mah Sing recently.
it is about 4.4% above the RNAV per share.
Mah Sing NTA per share is RM1.02, RNAV per share is RM2.52.
CIMB rated outperform for Mah Sing with TP of RM3.30 (30% premium over RNAV)
The big brother in Property Sector SP Setia is now trading at RNAV per share or 4.13.

Mahsing already cleary set the target based on market sentiment...the high PE is due to anticipation of higher sales, which is already halfway of their target, as of May. Kindly bear in mind that since 2009 they are agrresively expanding the product portfolio and sales target and always achieved more than KPI target, not to mention RM1.3bn unbilled sales. Thus, i believe the PE ratio will come down in next few quarters. |

haha, then you may Queue to buy at 2.59/2.60... Then Queue to sell 2.64/2.65... Earn for that small margin systematically & automatically without even need to make any thinking. Provided if your broker house can offer you low brokerage fee.  Not a bad idea I'm doing it on Mahsing-CB... Haha... 0.005-0.01 margin with high volume... Enough to support my meals + rental expenses.. Haha... |
