KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Equities Research is retaining its Outperform recommendation on Mah Sing and its top pick in the property sector.

It said on Monday, July 18 that it is not making any changes to its earnings forecasts or target price of RM3.30, which is based on an unchanged target market price-to-earnings of 14.5 times.

'Potential re-rating catalysts include 1) this maiden launch, 2) continued strong sales and 3) aggressive landbanking newsflow in 2H,' it said.

马星集团（MahSing，8583，主板产业股）于上周末推出总值32亿令吉的Icon City计划，同时也取得9200万令吉的预定订单，共售出138个单位，认购率为80%。

马星集团放眼Icon City能售出4亿6000万令吉的单位，占其全年销售量目标（20亿至25亿令吉）的18%至23%。

盘点分析

鉴于马星集团拥有辉煌的过往纪录，因此，对于Icon City首次推介礼获得民众的热烈回响，我们并不感到意外。

商用建筑能取得热烈反应绝对是正面惊喜，在Icon City未正式推出市场前，马星集团也举行了软性推介礼，从中录得约4亿2700万令吉的销售量。

尽管Icon City取得热烈回响，但基于本益比（14.5倍）不变，我们仍维持盈利预测和目标价。

Take a look at the volume for last Friday and today. Can you sell a HIGH volume compare to other days?

Don't you the volume were still LOW? If there is a panic selling, you will see a very very HIGH volume red bar~

Mahsing icon city will already rake in 3.2billion gdv, and we have not include the mass housing sales. You dun find mahsing falls below 2.20 everyday. Should consider buy in, you can google and all the research report set TP3.00 at least. Goreng also can, long term also can.

Mahsing is having good news these few days, but whole sector and market down, it has been dragged down too...

Just grab and keep la... immediately sell at a day before dividend ex-date (if you dont want dividend), or exactly same day of ex-date (if you want that dividend lo) 

Bargain hunting is now coming~

Mahsing is the undisputed Taiko Tai. Come on ,feel its imperial air. Compare to SP Setia, PE is only like half. Compare to UOA, got substantial development in good location. Shareholder include EPF and foreign funds. All the research reports give TP3.00 minimum. Icon city 3.2 billiob gdv on the way already book in >400m. Fastest project turnaround speed - Build, Make and sell in the shortest time.

E&O has multiple support player. at morning session somoene push up to 1.49 , but because overall market still weak. so it get dumps down all the way back to 1.43+ but when good news from europe came. about 4pm + it recovers back to 1.44

for mahsing. it get dumps down all the way then only after lunch time session. starts to recover half of the drop

from here we can see E&O has big sharks and pushing up this morning. and let it go down and others ikan bilis buying up to recover to 1.44
for mahsing. i guess the share value is much more appreciated. the afternoon session mostly are ikan bilis buying up because of cheap mega sales. no much big sharks are seen.
