Can a syndicate push a counter to new heights with 20 million? Some say with 10 million anyone can manipulate a counter.

can... buy penny stocks which are not that active....
example, carepls, omedia, etc...

I am just thinking how people really need to save Harvest. Monday,s volume was 28mil but out of that some contra kakis go in and out. I see the q always in 100s and only in few thousand when price going up. Maybe, only about  30 to 40 percent ikan bilis. So esok, maybe only less than 6 to 8 mil shares will be forced selling.

With only 20 mil, Harvest can saved and even better for the company becoz price will stabilize. What think you.
