my entry price is rm 1.90 for 20k shares.
nta is different from rnav. nta is just the projected assets, cash minus debt.
rnav is way complicated to calculate which u need to revalue the ongoing projects, the estimated earning from each projects, loan stocks if applicable.

nothing is guaranteed as many research house downgrade property to underweight. but, to me, which i have 2 condos rented out, i still think the good property in good location still able to fetch good sales.

Have you heard on the term of "Dead Cat Bounce", simply if u bot at .001 and you sell at 0.015 it is 50% margin already. The ce will bounce in Feb, or else it is a game over for ce. "Hide and seek game" Wakaka |
