They don't even have a business operation, sure post losses la. U'll have to wait till they finalize their acquisition of their new company first before talking about profits. And even their new acquisition target may not be profitable until they strike oil.

But if they manage to list their new company and exit, that's where their windfall will come. At the moment, ppl are buying based on their future prospects, not based on their current empty shell status.

Based on Aker Geo’s assessment, the aggregated estimated net unrisked and net risked
recoverable resources for the Concessions of 1,711.6 mmboe and 200.7 mmboe
respectively.

RHB valued 200.7 risked at discount to peers 30%, hibiscus valuatin shoudl be 1.82

got 1,711.6 unrisked somemore, if added in with discount 70% also , hibiscus will valued at least at rm2.50

In its amended financial statements, it said the net losses were due to the higher expenditure. It also said it posted net losses of RM13,000 in the quarter ended Sept 30, 2010 instead of a net profit of RM13,000.
For 2Q ended Sept 30, 2011, it said the group earned interest income of about RM2.3 million from its fixed deposits placements. The total expenditure incurred was RM3.4 million, resulting in net loss before taxation of RM1.2 million.
Out of the total expenditure incurred, RM1.30 million comprised of initial public offer and proposed qualifying acquisition
costs, which were regarded as non-recurring costs.
