if canone think of acquiring kianjoo (which i think is very unlikely), it will have to acquire Boxpak as well, i think.
the best solution, i think is to sell Boxpak to Oji. Whichever party (Canone or See family) still win as long as the price is good
but why price up? Oji started talk with Canone to buy Boxpak?

PETALING JAYA: Box-Pak (M) Bhd gained 19 sen, or 8.76%, to RM2.36 amidst market talk that it is still a viable candidate to be sold by its parent, Kian Joo Can Factory Bhd (KJCF).
An analyst said Box-Pak might be divested as Can-One Bhd, KJCH's new controlling shareholder, needed the money to pay for its just-completed acquisition of a 32.9% stake in the latter.
“Given its high net gearing of 2.2 times after its deemed borrowing to purchase the stake (Can-One's announcement to Bursa Malaysia did not specify how the acquisition was funded), we believe Can-One would need additional cash in-flow just to pay off the loan interest.
“At this juncture, we reckon that Can-One will probably opt to receive dividends from Kian Joo to pay off its borrowings plus interest,” Kenanga Research analyst Joo Tse Teo said in a note to clients.
Can-One had earlier this month won a legal tussle to acquire 146.13 million shares, or a 32.9% stake, in KJCH for RM1.65 per share, or RM241.1mil.
Joo told StarBiz that Can-One had three options to finance its purchase a private placement, rights issue, or cash from KJCH.
She said the first two options may prove difficult at this point as they would lead to a dilution of Can-One's share capital.
That leaves an asset sale or dividend payments as the feasible choices for fundraising.
On its own, Can-One, which has a market capitalisation of RM318.52mil, would struggle to pay for the KJCH acquisition. In its financial year ended Dec 31, 2010, it reported a net profit of RM19.53mil on revenue of RM449.05mil.
Joo said that assuming KJCH's dividend payout ratio was raised to 80% in its financial year ending Dec 31, 2011 from 50%, its shareholders could stand to receive a 20.3 sen dividend per share, which added up to some RM30mil for Can-One.
However, she said that amount would only cover the estimated interest expense of about RM28mil per annum to service the loan used to buy the stake in KJCH.
On the potential sale of Box-Pak, of which KJCH owns 54.8%, she said it could yield about RM105mil for the latter and a capital repayment of RM34.6mil for Can-One.
This is assuming Box-Pak is sold at the previously rumoured price of RM3.20 per share, which is 1.71 times price-to-book and 12.93 times price-to-earnings.
Last month, Box-Pak shares surged to a 14-year high of RM2.47 after news reports that Tokyo and Osaka-listed Oji Paper Ltd was eyeing a stake in the corrugated carton boxes maker.
Box-Pak has since denied any knowledge of the matter.
KJCH closed three sen lower to RM2.19 while Can-One lost eight sen to RM2.09.
