now, TMS = 0.46 , TMS-WA =0.11
conversion price of WA =0.10
if TMS price maintain, if u buy WA and convert, u will get >100% gain!!! but u only can do conversion after T+3, and conversion take approx. 10 days, will TMS price sustain by then?
I think won't be so easy loh, TMS will go down loh ..... observing this case!

if TMS drops to 0.30, those buy WA @0.11 to convert, still can earn ~50% ..... so, TMS must drops lower ..... approaching 0.20, before the 1st. tranche WA convertion can be sold to them ...... I hope I'm wrong!!

them is refer to the syndicate i understand......... but the fact is if you buy warrant then convert to mother shares u will incur extra cost to of 10 cents for every units of warrants and this money is paid to TMS as charges for converting the warrants......... for example you have 20 lots of warrants u bought at 11cents, then u convert to mother shares at 10cents each unit....this will cost you extra RM2,000 now u have mother share at RM0.11+.10 = RM0.21 cents each....... the mother is RM0.30 so u sell, u earn profit RM0.3-0.21 = RM0.09 per units x 20 lots = RM1,800 earn........ RM1,800 earn minus the cost incurred for converting the shares , RM2,000, therefore in return u get losses RM200............. therefore the fact that mother price RM0.30 sell can get 50% profit is totally false....... sorry bro but this is the actual fact.......... but if the mother can maintain above 40cents every day, then u can smile a bit........ the higher the mother is the better for everyone..........

Warrants price should be: Mother Share Price - Exercise Price Therefore warrants is severely underpriced now. But because ex-date is too far away, not many want to play. But in terms of value, it should be higher.

becoz i already started the conversion from warrant to mother share.........thats why i know.......... let me teach you all how the conversion is done......... i bought 20 lots warrant at rm0.125 last week............. yesterday i call my maybank remiser convert all 20 lots from warrant become mother share.....for the conversion exercise price i have to pay RM0.10 for every units that i want to convert.......... so 20lots x RM0.10 = RM2,000 plus some broker fees in total i paid extra RM2,025 to Maybank which channeled this money to TMS for the conversion charges......... My 20 lots shares will automatically become mother share in 3 weeks time......... my new price in 3 weeks time is RM0.125 (warrant price) + RM0.1 (conversion price) = RM 0.225 new mother share price........ so if the mother share price now in the market drop to RM 0.30, i still earn RM0.30-RM0.225 = RM0.075 x 20,000 = RM1,500 profit BUT after i deduct this RM1,500 from my conversion cost RM1,500-RM2,025 i will get RM525 losses.............................. ada faham ker?

am assuming 20,000 shares. essentially, paying 12.5c for the rights and 10c for conversion will cost u 22.5c a share. if mother is priced at 30c, you still make a net of 7.5c per share. do ur maths properly. dont let remisier con you.

Selling price = 0.30 Buying cost = 0.125+conversion cost 0.10 = 0.225 Profit = selling price 0.30 - Buying cost 0.225 = 0.075 Why need to minus another conversion cost 0.10 from profit 0.075? I tak faham.

aahhh....i see........ let this what i am trying to say is.......... when i convert the warrants into mother share i had to spend extra RM2,025 to get new mother share price at RM0.225....... this RM2,025 is an extra cost...........for people like me not much money lor....... therefore though i earn RM1,500 profit but when i deduct back from the extra cost i paid for the conversion price which is RM2,025........ i felt that i paid more than i earn right........ this is a bit confusing but this is the extra cost we all have to bear if anyone is to decide to convert his warrant to mother shares....... correct me if am wrong.....all ears to listen........

Your cost 20,000 @ 0.125 = RM2,500 Plus extra cost 20,000@ 0.10 = RM2,000 Total cost = RM4,500 Your selling price = 20,000 @ 0.30 = RM6,000 Your profit = 20,000@0.075 = RM1,500 What other extra cost are u talking about?
