我在兩個星期前指出，當時以超過40%的折價交易的TMS-WA（TMS-WA，0060-WA，創業板憑單）很有可能是折價陷阱。那個時候TMS母股的股價超過40仙，其憑單價錢只是10仙左右。

　由于買進憑單再繳付10仙的行使價來換取母股的成本只有20仙，很多投資者認為即使母股跌回30多仙或是20多仙他們都有得賺。

　可是天下哪有那么簡單的免費午餐呢？

　TMS母股的價錢果然在不到一個星期的時間，暴跌超過50%至上週五閉市的16仙。TMS-WA在同期也下跌到6.5仙。

沒機會套利

　在上述股項大熱時，無論買進母股或憑單的朋友都已經中招而損失慘重。那些買進憑單並行使成母股的投資者，相信在新股還未到手前已經知道沒機會套利了。

　其實像TMS-WA這種折價陷阱，在大馬股市也曾經出現。像多年前的艾力斯-WA（IRIS-WA，0010WA，創業板憑單）和亞洲資源-WA（ASIAEP-WA，0039WA，創業板憑單）。

　炒這些股票的莊家就是要投資者覺得憑單價錢被低估而買進憑單，然后去行使換取母股。

　當有足夠的投資者把憑單行使時，母股的供應就會大增，原本被炒家控制的母股價錢就會大跌。

勿單靠價位決定買入

其實TMS去年進行的附加股送憑單計劃並不受投資者歡迎。持有TMS股票的朋友當時是可以10仙認購附加股並獲得免費憑單。可是這項計劃的認購率只有33%。其余65%的超額認購，總認購率也不足100%。

　可是在短短一個月，原本10仙買股票送憑單都沒人要的東西，卻令到許多人甘心付出10仙買憑單去踏入這個折價陷阱。

　所以單靠溢價或折價去評估一項憑單是否值得買進的方法，其實是行不通的。像TMS這樣的低價憑單，應該是以超高溢價交易的。如果該憑單是以低溢價或是折價交易時，投資者就千萬要小心。

Think can share here oso. This is maybe one of the "worst kind scenario" for those who bought at high price and stuck.

Talking abt TMS-WA stock,,, the situation remind me similar to one darling stock.. TA-WB 
Its main share TA and warrant both are favourite among local and foreign investors .
Those who do reseach  pass few yrs might know the story 

TA-WB now is history..expired already unless some managed to pickup and convert at big losses.

This TA-WB at its high abt 15sen being push up due to main TA share being manipulated up to create value for its warrant or " in money" ... but later when market becomes weak.. TA share plunge drastically causing TA-WB also crashing down badly.. down to 0.05 and later down further till become the so called "Coffin warrant" at 0.005 coz expiry date is near.. After alot of seller already exited, the syndicate ppl do some magic show pushing up TA shares high back creating value again for its warrant. The "corpse" in the coffin suddenly jump up alive and hit 0.01 till highest 0.08 ! Alot ppl chasing the TA-WB thinking later can convert to mother shares and still can make profit.

After all the frenzy buying the TA-WB which last abt 1 month... suddenly the main TA share get hit by heavy selling and price crash
Same goes to the TA-WB.. its price plunge but reach support lvl of 0.04 and rebound to 0.07 bcoz TA get push up again..

The short rebound doesnt last long.... only lures back some of the earlier exited seller and suck in more new buyers...
From 0.07 TA-WB crash all the way to 0.005 before really dies off /expired!

Those who hold and convert the warrants at its expiry date make big losses coz main share price is much more cheaper if buy direct than convert via warrant...
Those who sell off bfr the warrant expired at 0.005 also lost abt 50% of the money invested even when bought at 0.01  provided there are ppl want to buy at 0.005

Hope TMS-WA wont suffer the same fate like TA-WB... good luck.
