1. Last year Q4, Axiata recorded Loss RM367m. Even if record RM1 profit in current year Q4, that's 100% improvement.
2. Last year full year, Axiata recorded Profit Profit RM1,770m. This year 9 mths RM1,801m. Even if record RM1 profit in current year Q4, full year profit still higher than last year.
3. Last year 10sen dividend. This year probably 12sen, a 20% increase
4. Cash position of RM6bn = RM0.80 per share

the last time stockgod predicted affin and pos, it turned out to be true, profit  this month, simply wallap also can make money. not necessary i pick correctly. pure luck when the profit exceed 100% like POS call warrant from RM0.005 to RM0.05. Anyway, not everbody gets to sell at the highest price. sold affin and pos call warrant, but now buyback cheaper. hope for another jump axiata-ck bought at RM0.055 sold at RM0.075. Hope can also buy back cheaper. Holding other axiata call warrants |

i think its India associate is listed. Will its govt let a listed co collapse? What about its financier? What about the staffs? Hope it is a temporary thing. By giving 4 months to continue to operate, the court is effectively asking them to negotiate and sort it out. I think they did not look at the big picture. India can charge high upfront licence fee then receive lower income tax. Alternatively, low licence now and high income tax in future. Just timing. |
