Especially the article for China Stationery, one of the sentence "For a company that has RM532.2mil in cash, Chan admits CSL does not really need the money from an IPO."
So what is the purpose for IPO if you are really no need the fund?

For CSL, at first I think it is expensive because of their PE is estimated around 6X for IPO price of RM0.95, and if we judge the China firm that listed in Bursa only able to trade at price of PE 2~3X, it seem it got a big chances for this share to drop until RM0.45++, but if I would like to trust the article in The Star which this Company have RM532.2mil net cash, it mean it translate to RM0.446 cash per share post listing with 1,192,590,776share in the market, so mean that RM0.95 that we pay, RM0.446 is cash and only RM0.504 is their real price to be listed? Which may turn out a more lower PE.
