My next stock call for trading purpose is Multi-sports. Reasons :- 1. Fundamental = PE2008 before IPO is around 13 cts, at 0.55, PER = 4.2 (bargain already, on book or on paper at least !) 2. Business in China, so the share price will run parallel with Shanghai Index ! 3. IPO price is 0.85 now kena whacked down almost 35 % due mainly to Quek Leng Chiang's dumping (almost done and has only 30 mils shares left as at 28-8-2009, they might have offloaded all in the past few days, judging by the sharp rebound yesterday ) What I learnt was that Punter Quek got the shares at price of 0.45-0.50 by instituitional placement, not suprising they would love to dump the shares starting from 0.85 all the way to 0.51 as they have made hefty profit already. Or maybe other agenda ? 4. I always thought that this China co.'s IPO here is for the purpose of "making" money out of Malaysian retailers ! Since their day here is still young, I foresee they still have plenty of "game plan" not yet to be executed ! 5. Bearing in mind the owners have restriction to dispose their shares within first 3 years (gradually) of IPO, so the risk of co. closing shop and cabut in the first year of IPO is low ! 6. When I see Punter cum manipulator Quek dumping shares like that with no fundamental reason, I bet they must have their game-plan already ! Whacked down the price and force punters and retailers to dump along for their proxies to collect at cheap.... then execute their frying action next !! 7. Words of caution :- be careful though ! Always set your profit limit and once profit, cabut like hell and never look back or fall back on trap !!!! Yes, I sapu at 0.555 this morning !!  |

Solely on this context, have to take note that Shanghai Index is now in Correction mode. As far as how much the rest of the bourses will follow suit, not sure. It is expected that yesterday's exceptional run will be a short lived one. A lower low and a lower high will be formed. I'm biting the bullet of few percent loss to switch my China Fund to BBF (Boring Bond Fund) these few days.... |

My fundamental analysis :- price = 0.53cts, PE2008 = 13.66cts , PER = 3.8 ONLY (peers company listed in Shanghai PER = 20 !!) Since it is a cunsumer sector stock in producing shoe sole, NTA is negligible. Brand & goodwill is the core of analysis The IPO prospector say it will give out 20% of net profit as dividend, taking its profit of 13.66 cts, 20% = 2.73cts, DY = 5.15 % (better than F.D.rate) According to analysis report, the book order is 3 times its production capacity ! Business in China, and there is always a chance of high growth ! The only reason the price is trading at dirt-cheap price is none other than punter Quek has been dumping shares for the past 3 weeks and looks like he has disposed all already ! According to my "syndicate theory", they are in the midst of executing a frying plan ! Judging by the facts that many panicky retailers dumped their shares at dirt-cheap price !! What ? you still not convinced with all these ? Even leno also dare not shout "Bo Chow CCCC " on this company despite my numerous teasing & baiting ! Tell you what ? Crazy kucing is going to "sai lang" all his remaining investment fund in to this counter and to f*ck with Mr.Quek next week !! |
