UK investors coming to Malaysia too?

I heard UK interest rates are going to go up and that will cause the property bubble there to finally burst.

Since Malaysia currency + stocks + property all doing well, do you think the UK investors will start to invest more here?

Good if they come coz * so valuable....  Drive CI to 1500 if they come... ;D
