Technical wise its showing quasi uptrend(since haven't form higher high and higher low). Staged a strong 25% rebound after hitting 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level in end Nov. It was whacked down severely from its 52 weeks high of 1.57. MACD has been showing negative divergence since early Nov. With good financials last quarter, 1-1.01 could still be a good collection range considering its trading at a 25% discount from its present NTA of 1.25
Loan stock B has a coupon rate of 8% and its quite liquid with reasonable volume. At current price, it still translates to a good 5.1% div rate. Good deal mah

My Cap Stupid Forward PE Estimate for 2009:

E&O: 25 (@Rm1)
Sunrise/Sunway/SP Setia: 25
Mahsing: 15 (Controlled by insider through buyback. Very little left to retail investor)

I assumed PE for the industry is currently standing at 25.

My stupid prediction: the industry will be downgraded next year due to implementation of 5% sales tax. Proabably to PE of 20. Some companies with awarded new projects will drop their PE significantly or their price will drop 5/25x100% = 20%.

Pray for new projects from the government.

- GMMA (fast MA crossing slow MA)
- MACD crossover which happened much earlier (negative divergence with price decline which is a good sign). At the moment MACD line crossing 0 level.
- RSI on an uptrend but have not crossed the overbought line
- Trading at the upper band of the Bollinger band
