Bcos it is profitable for them to do that.
The chance of them getting the reqn acceptance is good.
Getting financing at good rates to that is available.

Isn't this suppose to happen when the market is down rather than up?
Does this mean that many KLSE stocks are still undervalued?

Mkt two has a two-tier face now
GLC & Bluechip- PE 17-28 times
Small Cap & Midcap PE 6-12 times
Hong Leong Group of Co Pe 9-16times
There are still alot undervalue stocks
