Look at the earning performance of Bandar Raya Developments Berhad. Traded at about 50% discount to it's actual asset. BRDB-WA still have more than 2.5 years to go, once traded at RM1.9 when BRDB peaked. hmmm....  |

Set for outbreak very soon.
Collect the warrant now before too late. The premium is historical low, 3.7% only. Exercise price 1.1, underlying share price 1.62. Still have 2.5 years to go.
Silenced tycoons are holding this warrant, that's why the volume so low.

BRDB is trading 50% discount to it's NTA, it's unlikely to go down anymore.
It's share price will either remain unchanged, or move up. It's unlikely to go down (even if so, not much).
In this bear market environment, it's best to collect and hold the undervalued share, or if possible, warrant. And wait for its surge.
