I guess if you wake up feeling fresher in a hotel room, its a combination of other things other than the bed
- assuming you stay in hotel for holiday, you are in holiday mood, so sleep better
- hotel use better bed sheet and comforter cover, min 1200 threads
- hotel room are clean and uncluttered, air is better.

Mattress places a great role in sleep,  lack of sleep does lead to chronic sleep deprivation, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure, or stroke. memory foam and latex Memory foam mattresses are the two obvious choices. your mattress shouldn't be too firm or too squishy if so it won't support your spine at your neck or lower back the way it needs to. Linen spa 8 Inch Memory Foam and Innerspring Hybrid Mattress is the one that I'm having with me right now. it is a good cheap mattress best options for people with back pain, medium-firm mattresses put your body at ease  than firm mattresses https://www.bestcheapmattresses.com/
