yes bjcorp is proposed to list it's f&b business i.e. Bfood.

about vincent tan and goldman unloading, i believe it is because after he converted so many LC into common stock, he need to dispose it's stake in Bcorp so that it won't touch GO rules as he already holds more than 20% stakes in it..

BERJAYA Corp, a Malaysian property, betting and insurance group, plans to list its Kenny Rogers Roasters chain of restaurants in the country on the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange.

The listing will be done via Berjaya Food Bhd, a unit of Berjaya Corp, it said in a statement today. - Bloomberg
