Which insurance to buy to cover total permanent disability because of accident and illness?
What is the yearly premium for a sum assured of RM 1, 000, 000?
Would it possible to pay for 20-30 years premium in one lump sum? Any discount then?  :handshake:

If buy term insurance for death, then premium for RM1 million coverage is around RM1,000 per year.

If disable, can still learn new skills to sell, like knitting, sewing, typing, home-based, etc.
Buy, sell, up, down, gain, gain.

We have to follow the package that offer by the insurance company. Also, one thing to highlight you is that different company provide different sum assured. So, it's best to get more quotation in order to know which one is suitable to you.

There are many type of insurance that are included with tpd. If you have enough money, yes you can one lump sum but you cannot predict what might come next. It's safe to pay monthly instead of lump sum. Of course, you have to listen the advise from your insurances agent then only decide what to do.

afaik it covers u till certain age
if in btw any accident happen to u or TPD u will be pay for an amount cz lost ability in work
unlike whole life u get some cash in the end of policy but this is not apply for term life
end of policy end of ur benefit
of cz u may have more than one insurance that specifically for ur medical card, investment etc

doesn't it sounds insecure since it will cover till certain age only let's say 70y/o
after 70 I'm not cover and to get a new insurance at that time will cost much as age older
how could I afford it when i might not having any income

u will work your * out whn u still young, u will have all sort of asset from cash to property
so u might actually may not need any insurance at that time
if u have kids im sure they are old enough to get their own insurance instead of depending on u right?
like james say term life is for death benefit, u die but left with lots debt to settle so this is a protection for family too

that's why should buy while we have the ability earning and paying it
it is good to plan ahead instead waiting the worst to happen

having agent is because sometimes thr are difficulties for us to deal directly with the insurance company hence agent needed to help us for solution, they don't take ur commission for no reason
if u are still confuse perhaps u want to survey, understand it first

Just checked with their site saw that, it's quite systematic for the quotation. Wonder what if someone purpose to cheat with the system to get cheaper premium?

It's best not to cheat on the system. If one day, you claim the insurance and they discover you are cheating with the system you will not to get your compensate. This is a serious issue.

Hi, TS. To be informed that the PA only gets compensated when the person is death during an accident and others factors is not included. I found that person whom death because of diseases is higher than the accident. So that, I would recommend to take a life insurance for better protection instead of only getting PA insurance. Life insurance has included everything you need like medical card, PA, life insurance and saving plan.
