Is Milo Healthy for Sport People?

Hi. Im still curious. Is it good for sport people like me drinks Milo everyday ? Or maybe i can take any energy drinks others than milo?  :S

Milo such as a energy drink, ppl who got exercise habits can drink it no problem, but not sure is it can replace sport drink..

never heard that its not good for sport body beside people blabbering about the sugar contain. however the sugar contain its self can be control by the person who consume it by lessen the sugar or use creamer instead of condense milk

actually no issue in sugar, we as a consumer can control.but now Malaysian people like to become creative, so the basic food becomes different from it supposed to be. even nasik lmak also unhealthy weh

healthy or not,not depend on our food take only, somehow need exercise also.if only take care about food but the other thing, not discipline can be a problem for the body too.

i play sport quiet often and i found out that milo does actually give me more energy when im playing badminton. before this i drink energy drink like gatorade but it only provide a little energy to me for awhile

yes i agree.  milo can boost energy and it provide energy for long last. but sometimes people mix it with condensed milk which make it a bit unhealthy and heavy for sport drinks

i think all energy drink contains lots of sugar la.mybe that drinks i not suitable for ur body.somepeople like that.

other drinks or food also can boost energy if consume it in the right way.don't add others.follow the instruction so everything will be good

Agree! If you follow the recommendation amount to have milo, its not even excess ur daily sugar intake needed for our body. ;)

main contain is for recharge back energy... mostly i will prefer 100 plus and Milo after sport...
dont too over gan jiong about milo... go exercises more then you can drink more milo...
without any exercise ofcoz drink what also no healthy...

I believe all great food and beverages definitely contain sugar... this is impossible without sugar level one...
regarding Milo without sugar no nice one... but you have to control a bit... dont put sugar and milk together...
like that a bit over la... if normal make Milo i think just nice a bring energy everyday morning...

yeappp exercise is the most important.... i also drinks 100+ or milo after do a sport and so far thank god i dont have any problems with my health or got a high blood pressure... so, dont ever put to the unhealthy food or drinks 100%... coz i go to fitness class, then the coach said that after exercise, drinks sugar or sweet drinks to boost energy but too much

yaaaa lorrhhh never heard drinks that can give an heart attacks! hahahahaha its so funny when people in Malaysia easily can be fooled by this video that to me, didn't have any strong evidence that this products are not healhty for kids or anyone.. if it is not good to our healthy, why they keep on producing it!! like instant food, fast food! come on malaysia!!

i believe all product need to go though a lot of test and approval form government...
if really not good why they still exits in the market... so milo contain sugar is normal...
i think is the way how you consume milo more important...

Yes, support you!! I dont believe milo will bring bad incident too...
normally they said teh tarik is worse than milo...
normally my kid drink milo they can grow healthier when i look back their size... hahahaha

Milo gives energy, yeah. But does not provide you stamina so you may feel fatigue easily..

i agree.. onion has alot of protein and very good for energy. it also rich of taste. the only bad thing about onion is the smell. and it will make you cry.
