I have been monitoring this warrant for long. Seemed that today's price is at the cheapest. Do you think it as potential as the mother share? Thanks.

It is 11.30 with expiry on 15 Oct 2007. Btw, how do you see the value of warrant? Thanx.

Warrant price - 0.15
Conversion ratio - 20:1
THerefore 20 warrants needed - 0.15 x 20 = 3.00
Exercise price: 11.30
Therefore Current Price if exercise 14.30
Bursa mother share closed at: 12.10
Therefore premium = 14.30 - 12.10 = 2.20
Premium per warrant = 2.20/20 = RM0.11 per warrant.
Question: Is the premium of RM0.11 per warrant, justified?

Thank you Max. Btw, is the premium price carrying the same meaning as par value? I need to buy at or below RM0.11 right?

Current price = 0.15
Premium carried = 0.11
No premium = 0.04
However, many willing to pay premium - due to time, volatility etc.
Question is - how much premium is fair?

Looks like a strong selling at RM0.155. Many transactions were happening at RM0.15

It shed another 0.015 points to be at this low. Looks like negative sentiments would keep this warrant low...

Low trading volume in Bursa due to negative sentiments would not lend to high price on its warrants. Today's volume are full of SELLERS.

It is a sell down again. Maybe, it's time to cut loss for those who did keep.

My friend,
Very high premium, of course very risky la.
Once price stabilise and near expiry and base on mother share movement, may consider short term punt
